1. YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK HARD AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER AS TEAM MEMBERS.

2. YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND RESPONSIVE TO CHANGING NEEDS IN THE LIVES OF THOSE WE SERVE.

3. YOU WILL SPEND MOST OF YOUR SHIFT IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH PEOPLE WHO NEED ASSISTANCE. THIS ASSISTANCE MAY INCLUDE BATHING, DRESSING, AND EATING.

4. YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO ATTEND SCHEDULED TRAINING AND IN-SERVICES WHICH ARE USUALLY AT DIFFERENT TIMES THAN YOUR SCHEDULED SHIFT.

5. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A GOOD DRIVING RECORD-YOU MAY TRANSPORT PEOPLE YOU SUPPORT IN YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE.

6. YOU MUST COME TO WORK ON TIME SINCE MOST PEOPLE SUPPORTED CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THEIR HOMES.

7. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK AND DRUG TEST PRIOR TO HIRE.
