We Offer a Range of Services to Meet Your Needs

All referrals for admission to Lake Region Corporation are provided through the Developmental Disabilities Program Management System of North Dakota via Lake Region Human Services Center (701-665-2000).

DAY SERVICES

Lake Region Corporation provides consumer-based, outcome-driven day services designed to help individuals build social and vocational skills. These services support personal growth, meaningful participation, and greater opportunities for choice, independence, and employment within the community.

DAY HABILITATION

Lake Region Corporation offers day habilitation services focused on creative, engaging, and meaningful activities. Individuals are encouraged to make personal choices, build social connections, and develop communication skills while increasing independence through community involvement and daily life experiences.

EMPLOYMENT TRAINING & SUPPORT

Lake Region Corporation provides prevocational training to help individuals develop essential work skills such as dependability, problem-solving, task focus, and safety. Opportunities include tabletop contract work, crew-based projects, and supported community jobs, with paid wages for completed work and guidance toward long-term employment success.

INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY

Lake Region Corporation’s adult ICF program focuses on developing and maintaining functional living skills in a supportive group home environment. Individuals are encouraged to live as independently as possible while building strong connections within the community. This residence is licensed for six adults in Devils Lake, North Dakota.

INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY

Lake Region Corporation’s children’s ICF residence provides structured care and skill development for individuals under the age of 21. The program emphasizes safety, independence, and community inclusion in a supportive residential setting located in Devils Lake, North Dakota.

RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION

Lake Region Corporation’s residential habilitation program offers group home living with less structured supervision. Individuals are encouraged to strengthen daily living, social, and community skills while gaining greater independence in a supportive and respectful home environment.

INDIVIDUAL HABILITATION

Lake Region Corporation provides individualized support for people living in their own home or apartment. Services focus on maintaining independence through assistance with community resources, money management, health and wellness, meal planning, shopping, laundry, and home maintenance.
