Lake Region Corporation (LRC) is a private, nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to providing quality vocational, residential, and support services for people with disabilities.

We exist to promote the abilities of all people and empower them to exercise their independence in all areas of their lives.

OUR SERVICES

We Offer a Range of Services Tailored to Your Needs

DAY SERVICES

Lake Region Corporation provides consumer-based, outcome-driven day services designed to help individuals build social and vocational skills. These services support personal growth, meaningful participation, and greater opportunities for choice, independence, and employment within the community.

EMPLOYMENT TRAINING & SUPPORT

Lake Region Corporation provides prevocational training to help individuals develop essential work skills such as dependability, problem-solving, task focus, and safety. Opportunities include tabletop contract work, crew-based projects, and supported community jobs, with paid wages for completed work and guidance toward long-term employment success.

INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY

Lake Region Corporation’s adult ICF program focuses on developing and maintaining functional living skills in a supportive group home environment. Individuals are encouraged to live as independently as possible while building strong connections within the community. This residence is licensed for six adults in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
